THE  WICKED  COUSIN  is now available for pre-order

Sebastian Audley has spent years setting every city in Europe by the ears – so the rumour that he is finally returning to London is the hottest gossip of the Season.
In Cassandra Delahaye’s opinion, love affairs and duels, coupled with a name for never refusing even the most death-defying wager, suggest that Mr Audley is short of a brain cell or two.
As for Sebastian, he had known that living down his wild past in a society with an insatiable appetite for scandal would be difficult;  what he hadn’t expected was to find himself the target of a former lover’s dangerous obsession.

Available now to pre-order from Amazon  The Wicked Cousin at Amazon UK
Also from Smashwords, Barnes & Noble and Kobo.

  2. What wonderful news! Although I am a late-comer to your work (within the last year), I have read all of your available books a number of times and look forward to enjoying The Wicked Cousin. Am hoping that Alex Wyndham will soon do an audio version as well, as I like to use both formats, depending on where I am and what I am doing.

Although I am more familiar with the Georgian and Regency periods, I have become fascinated by the Civil War and Restoration periods as well, entirely due to your books. Was wondering if there are any plans for Alex to do an audio version of The Marigold Chain?

Thanks so much for your well researched, beautifully crafted/plotted and heartfelt books. I have recommended your books to a number of my friends, and would have to put you in the number #2 spot on my life-list of favorite authors.

    • Thank you so much for your extremely kind comments, Diane. They are much appreciated. Yes, Alex will be putting TWC into audio later this year – the timing depends on his work schedule. As for The Marigold Chain, nothing has been discussed as yet but I am considering audio – and, of course, that would be with Alex again. He’s just the best!

  3. I can’t believe it! I am so happy you have another book out! Thank you. I just preordered it, but will wait to read it when the audio with Alex comes out so I can enjoy hearing him read it. Thanks again!

  4. thrilled as the Rockcliffe series is so absorbing, so filled with fascinating characters, interchanges, changes and superb atmosphere and historical detail, but when oh when as I keep asking can we have PRINT. I have everything of yours so far in PRINT!!!!

      • i will pre order e book of course but so love my big solid real print versions i regard the e versions as and kindles are not really easy to use or people friendly….i just love being able to go back and forwards on paper pages and so like your formats…..meanhile , thanks so much for your elegant and powerful prose, the captivating complexities of your stories and the beautifully painless way in which you tell and show us so much,, individual people enmeshed in their world…

  5. Six weeks to wait! Oh woe!.The blurb suggests that Cassie may be the heroine, but as you tend to have one major, one minor romance in your books? Possibility for Nicholas and Madeleine to be included? (Exception being TMC). Just something for Marina – Kindle For PC is perhaps more user-friendly and has some advantages – changing font size, and bookmarking fave passages so you can flick back and forwards almost instantly! Though I’m sure it’s possible on proper Kindles as well. So easy to be seduced away from work, of course.
I hope you are planning a holiday away from trouble spots – with idiots running the asylum at the moment, it’s hard to find somewhere beautiful and not “interesting” in the Chinese sense! And if not human then Mother Nature is rebelling! We can’t afford to lose our favourite authors, and that fallow period of yours left a big gap! So many trailing tantalising links. Thank you, Stella, in advance…

    • Hi Margo
Well, The Wicked Cousin is very much Sebastian’s story/romance but there’s lots of catching up with other old friends. Rock, for example, is about to become a father, if you remember. And Nicholas and Madeleine … yes, they’re there too – as are Caroline and Adrian. I’m glad you like the cover. So do I. Quite dishy, isn’t he? As for a holiday, we’re off to Naples soon for a week. So long as Vesuvius doesn’t erupt, hopefully we’ll be safe enough.
